Cardinal Hills is considered one of the best best layouts in East Central Indiana. Most of the greens are small, raised and mounded.
The front nine has just enough trees to keep you on your toes. With only two ponds and three sand traps, it is the friendlier side. The back nine, on the other hand, is a little more difficult. Every hole has its share of trees, some having many more then others. There are 8 sand traps and five of the nine holes are bordered by out of bounds. With three diffferent tee stations you can choose your difficulty. From the back tees, it brings quite a challenging course. The middle tees are challenging but much more modest. While the front tees are great for all ages to enjoy. The White River runs only yards away, and while it does not come into play, it brings nature and wildlife to your surroundings.
From the Blue tees, Cardinal Hills plays to 6,338 yards for a course rating of 70.2 and a slope rating of 125.
